In 2000, Barbara expanded her practice into corporate professional development. Since then, she has worked in hundreds of programs across a wide range of sectors, creating precise, believable characters and delivering consistent, high-impact performances in role-play simulations and forum theatre. Her work brings everyday workplace challenges to life, sparking insight, discussion, and meaningful learning.

Alongside performance, Barbara has developed high-level facilitation and coaching skills, allowing her to adapt in real time and respond authentically to participants. She finds this work both powerful and deeply rewarding.

Her clients include AMPOL, AMP, NUIX, RBA, Deloitte, DEXUS, HASSELL, Tomra, Johnson & Johnson, KPMG, Macquarie Bank, Macquarie University, Microsoft, News Corp, Optus, Qantas, STA NSW Transport, Unilever, and Volkswagen Financial Services.
