Barbara entered the world of corporate professional development in 2000, and has acted in hundreds of development programs across many sectors. She can quickly develop specific characters and deliver authentic, consistent performances in role-play simulations or forum theatre presentations. She can highlight everyday workplace challenges and generate valuable, shared learning for a more efficient and effective workplace environment. Barbara has developed high-level facilitation and coaching skills, and finds this line of work both powerful and intensely rewarding.
