In 2000, Barbara entered the world of corporate professional development. She has acted in hundreds of development programs across a wide range of sectors, quickly developing specific characters and delivering authentic, consistent performances in role-play simulations or forum theatre presentations. Her work highlights everyday workplace challenges and generates valuable learning experiences.

Barbara has developed high-level facilitation and coaching skills, and she finds this line of work both powerful and intensely rewarding.

Her clients include AMPOL, AMP, Deloitte’s, DEXUS, HASSEL, Johnson & Johnson, KPMG, Macquarie Bank, Macquarie University, Microsoft, NewsCorp, Optus, Qantas, STA NSW Transport, Unilever, and Volkswagen Financial Services.
